What you will do

• Lead the Planning, Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of clinical studies.
• Gather customer requirements and relay them to internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Manage financial components, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify potential study risks, develop mitigation strategies, and handle internal/external negotiations.
• Maintain issue tracking documentation and resolve customer escalations promptly.
• Present study services at Investigator Meetings or site initiation meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and proven Project Management skills.
• 1-4 years of experience in Project Management within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Solid knowledge of the drug development process.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Experience with ePRO or eCOA solutions.
