What you will do

• Lead the implementation and design of an enterprise Infrastructure Automation Platform based on Ansible (AAP).
• Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and OT environments.
• Manage multiple OT security projects involving Claroty, Trellix, and OT infrastructure remediation.
• Establish governance, automation standards, operational runbooks, and support processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, Engineering, and external vendors.
• Oversee project planning, budgets, risks, and executive reporting in alignment with GxP requirements.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of IT Project Management experience in enterprise infrastructure or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of leading automation or platform implementation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of servers, virtualization, networking, and identity management.
• Experience managing OT or industrial cybersecurity projects.
• Familiarity with Ansible Automation Platform, ServiceNow, CMDB, Claroty, or Trellix.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation frameworks, or DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and OT environments.
• Background in regulated industries, specifically Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications.
