Technical Project Manager (Fintech): Managing technology projects and coordinating between business and tech teams to gather requirements and track project progress with an accent on data analysis and OKR mapping. Focus on driving high-impact projects from inception to delivery and implementing process enhancements within a quantitative finance environment.

What you will do

Carry out project planning, resource planning, status reporting, and risk and issue tracking.
Gather requirements, analyze data, and prepare executive presentations.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide tailored demonstrations.
Define, maintain, and continuously develop analytics for business stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to set annual and quarterly OKRs and report on progress.
Identify process challenges and implement appropriate corrections or enhancements.

Requirements

Prior experience within a project management function.
Proven experience driving and leading high-impact projects from inception to delivery.
Master's degree from a top university in Business, Technology, or a Quantitative discipline.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and proficiency in JIRA.
AI literacy: comfortable leveraging LLMs, copilots, and automation frameworks to enhance productivity.
English: Strong command (C1) required

Nice to have

Understanding of the financial services industry and knowledge of hedge fund operations.
