What you will do
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical projects across engineering, security, compliance, and datacenter operations.
- Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and release timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and outcomes.
- Identify dependencies, manage risks, and unblock teams through creative problem-solving.
- Track project health via KPIs and metrics, iterating on reporting for maximum impact.
- Improve internal workflows using Atlassian tools, AI, and automation for better scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
- 1+ year of experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Software Engineer.
- Must be based in EU or EST US/LATAM timezones.
- Strong technical acumen in infrastructure, security, or networking within fintech environments.
- Proficiency in both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Experienced with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery) and Slack workflows.

- Prior experience in cryptocurrency or fintech.
