What you will do

• End-to-end ownership of complex, cross-country digital projects from business case to delivery.
• Lead multi-stream initiatives across business, IT, and external vendors.
• Ensure structured delivery within a stage-gate (IPP/SG) governance environment.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, budgets, and resource planning.
• Drive execution using a hybrid approach combining agile and traditional methodologies.
• Support key initiatives including mobile apps, Salesforce integrations, and digital payment solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management.
• Proven track record in complex, multi-stream project delivery.
• Experience with structured governance and funding processes.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience in budgeting and resource planning.
• Ability to work independently.
