What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of modern data platform implementations built on Databricks.
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives for data engineering and data science teams.
- Track budgets, optimize compute costs, and manage technical risks such as data quality and pipeline bottlenecks.
- Align C-level business requirements with technical execution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Architects to prioritize the technical roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Advisory Consultant in complex data/cloud projects.
- Strong understanding of foundational AI and data platform concepts (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric).
- Fluent English proficiency (non-negotiable).
- Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide implementations.
Nice to have
- Background in Big4 or top-tier tech consulting firms.
- Hands-on exposure to Spark, Delta Lake, or MLOps tools.
- Enterprise implementation experience in ERP, CRM, Core Banking, or BSS/OSS.
- Deep business understanding of Banking, Telco, Energy, Insurance, Retail, or Production sectors.
- Strong people management skills and experience reviewing work of technical experts.
