What you will do
- Lead customer experience improvement projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and implement technology-driven enhancements.
- Oversee adoption of new technologies to streamline customer service workflows and tools.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to pinpoint pain points and develop strategies for seamless multi-channel experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, operations, and other departments to align initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor project progress, provide updates to senior management, and report on impact to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 3-5+ years overall experience, including 2+ years in project management, preferably in customer experience or technology roles.
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and technology solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree.
