What you will do

  • Lead customer experience improvement projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and implement technology-driven enhancements.
  • Oversee adoption of new technologies to streamline customer service workflows and tools.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to pinpoint pain points and develop strategies for seamless multi-channel experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, operations, and other departments to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor project progress, provide updates to senior management, and report on impact to customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • 3-5+ years overall experience, including 2+ years in project management, preferably in customer experience or technology roles.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and technology solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Nice to have

  • Experience in aviation or similar industries.
