What you will do

  • Lead post-sales technical engagements and provide expert technical advice for Snowflake workloads in complex organizations.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to identify and recommend strategies that enable customers to achieve business goals.
  • Develop, manage, and implement strategies for efficient workload consumption.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to facilitate access to new features, private previews, and platform upgrades.
  • Guide customers through Well-Architected Framework outcomes, including security hardening, DR/BCP readiness, and AI observability.
  • Leverage AI tools to develop scalable playbooks and automation for the broader CX organization.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in New York, USA
  • B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise customer environments as a technical resource.
  • 5+ years of experience working with AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or private cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
  • Firsthand experience with Snowflake products is required.

Nice to have

  • Cloud certifications from Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Certification.
