What you will do

• Establish and lead the corporate development and capital markets function with rigorous frameworks for scale.
• Execute strategic M&A and complex deals from thesis development through diligence and negotiation.
• Drive capital structure and financing strategies based on market dynamics and investor appetite.
• Manage end-to-end fundraising, including high-fidelity materials and data room management.
• Develop the investor narrative by translating financial metrics and product milestones into a strategic position within the generative AI landscape.
• Oversee special projects ranging from competitive intelligence to new market entry and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
• Deep familiarity with financing instruments across the capital structure.
• Ability to partner credibly with technical teams, including engineers and researchers.
• Strong communication skills for navigating a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• JD or MBA preferred.
