What you will do

• Act as a "Finance Engineer" for business leaders, translating complex operational drivers into automated reporting metrics.
• Architect long-range predictive forecasting models and engines using AI to simulate "what-if" scenarios.
• Build and maintain code-based financial infrastructure, optimizing SQL and BigQuery workflows for real-time dashboards.
• Engineer high-leverage Go-To-Market strategies, tracking sales velocity, CAC, and pipeline health.
• Design automated frameworks to model complex incentive structures and ROI simulations for Sales and Media teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines.
• 5-7+ years of experience in a similar strategic finance or FP&A role.
• Strong fluency in SQL and experience working with large-scale transactional datasets.
• Proven track record of using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot) to amplify technical output.
• Experience supporting Sales and Media teams with a focus on B2B unit economics and pipeline modeling.
• Must be based in the USA.
