Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Support core FP&A workflows, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Build financial models and decision-making frameworks to support engineering, GTM, and product teams.
• Partner cross-functionally to guide resource allocation, including headcount planning and infrastructure investments.
• Drive ad hoc analyses on growth, pricing, and unit economics.
• Contribute to board materials, investor reporting, and long-term planning.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, billing, and taxes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a strong ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS hirify.globalny.
• Experience supporting R&D or engineering as a finance partner.
• Familiarity with pricing models, credits-based pricing, or ERP systems like NetSuite and QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of Hubspot or other CRM tools.
