Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Addison, TX); visa sponsorship is not available

What you will do

• Build and own financial models for strategic initiatives, including new product launches, market expansion, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Lead financial analysis for investment cases presented to the ELT, board, and PE sponsor, utilizing scenario and sensitivity modeling.
• Develop and maintain the company's long-range financial plan reflecting business strategy and investor return frameworks.
• Translate complex financial analysis into clear, structured narratives for board-level and investor consumption.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Operations leadership on investment prioritization and resource allocation.
• Manage and develop the Lead Financial Analyst through daily direction and coaching.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong command of SaaS financial metrics: ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, and Rule of 40.
• Demonstrated ability to build sophisticated, data-driven financial models and board-level presentations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Addison, TX office (Hybrid).
