What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
• Conduct operational and financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Analyze monthly financial results against budget and forecast to investigate variances.
• Develop reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Copilot.
• Collaborate with Accounting for month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Perform scenario analysis and financial modeling to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience building financial models and working with large datasets.
