Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 annually

What you will do
- Design and oversee financial systems, processes, protocols, and policies.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the preparation of monthly financial packages.
- Develop and forecast budgets and provide financial concierge services to project directors.
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit best practices and GAAP requirements.
- Prepare timely financial statements and manage internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain analytics dashboards using Power BI and Rapid Reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an AACSB Accredited institution.
- Must be based in a time zone that allows for early morning meetings.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups) and Journal Entry skills (debits/credits), which will be tested.
- Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree in Accounting.
- Experience working with Nonprofit Organizations.
- Experience with ERP Systems and Advanced GL Software.
