Senior Financial Analyst (Media)

TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (Finance): Supporting O&T’s OCF & Headcount financial planning and analysis with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Focus on tracking and consolidating $1.5B annual OCF and driving continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in New York, NY (office attendance minimum 4 days per week)

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support all aspects of OCF annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and analysis of key metrics.
• Collaborate with operational finance leads to consolidate OCF and Headcount submissions.
• Track, reconcile, and report headcount data to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with operational finance to understand business drivers and support decision-making.
• Drive simplification and improvement of FP&A processes and systems.
• Oversee reporting hierarchies and act as a liaison to IT for functionality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance (FP&A experience strongly preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in-office at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Essbase, SAP, and BPC.
• Experience within the Media or Tech industry.
