What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Technology and Product leaders to drive investment decisions and operational performance.
• Lead planning and forecasting processes, including Long Range Planning, Annual Budgeting, and quarterly forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze monthly financial results and communicate performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to management.
• Support month-end close activities, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages to communicate business trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, BPC, or Hyperion.
• Must be able to attend in-person interviews in New York.
