FP&A Manager (MedTech)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid setup with the possibility to work from home up to 1 day per week

What you will do

• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators, providing recommendations for senior management.
• Co-lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Improve finance processes and reporting to increase analytical depth, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Lead ad hoc financial analyses and special projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, finance analysis, or a similar role, preferably in an international organization.
• Strong business acumen, financial understanding, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and other financial tools.
• Experience using AI in finance or analysis.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
