Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead operations at the Bolingbrook facility, aligning priorities across engineering, inventory, and logistics.
• Establish and improve SOPs, workflows, and quality standards to support a scalable organization.
• Lead daily standups and execution reviews to resolve blockers and ensure clear priorities.
• Forecast organizational capacity and proactively identify resource constraints.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Fleet Operations to ensure system availability and proper inventory levels.
• Track and improve key operational metrics including throughput, readiness, and execution performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading technical operations or engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with industrial automation systems and robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, ABB, or Universal Robots).
• Proven ability to develop SOPs, implement training programs, and drive operational improvements.
• Strong expertise in capacity management, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience at a robotics company, automation systems integrator (SI), or OEM.
• Track record of scaling operations within a high-growth startup.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience supporting customer-facing deployments and field operations.
