Salary: $112,800 – $257,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for cloud engineering and software development teams.
• Lead complex migration and modernization efforts for COTS and custom solutions.
• Oversee STIG remediation, FIPS, and SELinux enablement to ensure high compliance.
• Coordinate recurring software releases, ROM estimates, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, testing, and accessibility teams for secure releases.
• Mentor engineering staff through 1:1s and career development.

Requirements

• Secret clearance is required.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or engineering management role.
• Expertise in AWS GovCloud environments and secure deployment practices.
• Proficiency with Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Maven, and Linux administration.
• DoD 8570.01 M-IAT II Certification and a Bachelor's degree are required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. government clients in IL2 or IL5 environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and release management.
