What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing digital tools for the entire product development lifecycle.
• Oversee enterprise CAD and PLM tool deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
• Manage Engineering BOM (EBOM) and MBOM using Siemens Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP) or EasyPlan.
• Ensure system integration and data integrity across mechanical, electrical, and wire harness design.
• Implement robust data controls and export control administration for data access and release.
• Support FAA certification processes through digital substantiation and documentation management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM (multi-site setup, cloud migration, ITK, C++ customizations).
• 2+ years of experience with Siemens NX CAD system.
• 1+ year of experience with Polarion system administration and customization.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
