Surgical Workplace Project Management Coordinator (Medtech)

Location: Home-based, expected residence in the Milan area. Territory: Nationwide (Italy) with approximately 60% travel.

Salary: € 55,000 – 65,000 + company car

What you will do

• Assess technical-economic feasibility of customer requests and assign priorities to project activities.
• Coordinate project execution, managing suppliers and partners to ensure standards and timing are met.
• Manage a team of Field Project Engineers responsible for installation activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Area Managers on project timelines and net sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Evaluate partner performance using KPIs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Academic degree in healthcare or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of hospital and healthcare environments.
• Must be based in or reside in the Milan area.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%) across Italy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
