Location: Hybrid (must commute 3 times per week) to offices in Cambridge, MA; Norwalk, CT; or Miami, FL
Salary: $155,000–$165,000

What you will do
- Define and lead the lifecycle marketing strategy and CRM efforts to drive app activation and retention.
- Own the global app acquisition strategy and the end-to-end growth funnel from awareness to first booking.
- Execute multi-channel paid app acquisition programs across search, social, and other app networks.
- Optimize the "Get the App" (GTA) and web-to-app journeys in partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Oversee App Store Optimization (ASO) for iOS and Android to improve organic discoverability and rankings.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of app acquisition and lifecycle specialists.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth, CRM, lifecycle, or mobile app marketing.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing engagement and acquisition programs at scale.
- Deep expertise in CRM channels (email, push notifications) and mobile app ecosystems.
- Proficiency with lifecycle platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable) and measurement tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer).
- Experience building and leading CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing teams.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the US offices (Cambridge, Norwalk, or Miami).
Nice to have
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, or consumer technology.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks for lifecycle programs.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple markets.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and their impact on mobile attribution.
