Salary: $160,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Lead growth marketing strategies to drive demand and accelerate high-performing digital campaigns.
- Design and optimize end-to-end digital customer journeys across acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Develop and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting priority segments and high-value accounts.
- Establish marketing attribution models that connect campaign activity to pipeline and business outcomes.
- Partner with IT, Strategy, and Creative teams to align UX, SEO, and personalization with growth objectives.
- Build and develop a high-performing digital marketing team focused on accountability and experimentation.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience leading digital, direct-response, or performance-focused marketing programs.
- Demonstrated experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or ABM initiatives.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of developing teams.
- Strong expertise in CRM-based marketing, marketing attribution, and performance measurement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be located in New York, NY.
