Salary: $100,000–$115,000

What you will do

• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies for acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and win-back programs to drive revenue.
• Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to identify insights that improve conversion and LTV.
• Partner with Product, Analytics, Data Science, and Creative teams to optimize journeys across owned channels.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation for messaging strategies and promotional effectiveness.
• Monitor and report lifecycle performance against key business metrics and OKRs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing.
• Experience within entertainment, media, streaming, or ecommerce industries.
• Proven success in executing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with experimentation frameworks.
• Must be based in Universal City, CA, and able to work from the office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of connected TV, digital entertainment, or transactional video ecosystems.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Asana, Jira, Salesforce, or Adobe Creative Suite.
