TL;DR

Lifecycle Marketing Manager (CRM): Building and scaling the lifecycle marketing function from the ground up to drive revenue and retention for 15M+ users with an accent on CRM operations and user journey optimization. Focus on executing multi-channel campaigns, running growth experiments, and integrating AI into marketing workflows.

Location: Hybrid in New York (required in-person Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Salary: $104,000 – $135,000

What you will do

  • Build and run lifecycle campaigns across the full user journey, including onboarding, retention, monetization, and reactivation.
  • Design and execute lifecycle experiments with clear hypotheses and defined success metrics to optimize performance.
  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations using Braze to build and maintain smart segmentation and campaign architecture.
  • Partner with Product, Brand, and Data teams to support feature launches and GTM strategies.
  • Develop scalable processes for intake, prioritization, and QA of lifecycle marketing work.

Requirements

  • Experience with subscription-based and community-driven apps (e.g., dating, social, freemium).
  • Active proficiency in using AI tools to enhance professional workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding campaign logic and airtight QA processes.
  • Alignment with the mission of serving the LGBTQ+ community.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work from the New York office on a hybrid schedule.
