What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes to produce complex parts with tight tolerances.
• Inspect all work performed, including setting up gaging equipment and detecting deviant parts.
• Interpret complex drawings, including GD&T blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets.
• Work under minimum supervision to plan work and solve problems within the cell.
• Recognize errors in blueprints and operation sheets when necessary.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• At least 4 years of experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably with lathe and mill machines.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of G-Code.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English.
• Proficiency in performing basic shop math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fanuc controls.
• Experience with B-axis Mill Turns with main and sub spindles.
