Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; on-site manufacturing role
Salary: $28–$38 per hour; $10,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants

What you will do
- Set up, operate, and optimize CNC equipment including Makino, Haas, and other platforms.
- Operate manual three-axis lathes, mills, and saws, including tooling installation, surface finishing, and dimensional verification.
- Troubleshoot machining, dimensional, and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Inspect in-process and finished parts using precision measurement tools and Coordinate Measuring Machines.
- Interpret G-code and M-code and use programming knowledge to support standard machining and troubleshooting.
- Track production output, downtime, tooling changes, inspections, work orders, and process information while supporting safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; a technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or precision machining.
- Ability to set up and operate at least two CNC platforms, such as Makino, Haas, or Mori.
- Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, CNC programming fundamentals, mechanical troubleshooting, and precision machining.
- Experience with measurement and inspection tools, CMMs, manufacturing systems, production tracking, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, lift up to 50 pounds, use required tools and PPE, and work in moderate to high noise levels.
