Location: Remote (Must be based in London, UK or Berlin, Germany)

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a regional sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Execute ARR growth strategies, focusing on new business acquisition and market penetration across networking, cloud, and security lines.
  • Maintain a strict operational cadence including pipeline reviews, forecasting, and MEDDPICC deal reviews.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach A-level sales talent to reduce time to productivity.
  • Foster partnerships with resellers, distributors, hyperscalers, and technical alliances.
  • Utilize AI tools for territory planning, whitespace analysis, and team enablement.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience leading successful sales teams and individual contributors.
  • Mandatory experience in sales and management within an IT security company.
  • Proven track record of selling complex multi-product portfolios to enterprise clients.
  • Expertise in value frameworks and delivering positive business outcomes.
  • Experience implementing data-driven territory and account plans.
  • Fluency in using AI enterprise tools for research, planning, and communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
