What you will do

• Lead and mentor a commercial sales team to achieve targets, KPIs, and business goals.
• Drive new logo acquisition and portfolio expansion within the existing customer base.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and strengthen partner satisfaction across DACH and Eastern Europe.
• Implement and optimize internal processes using tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Power BI.
• Promote modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Baseline Selling.
• Deliver QBRs and present business updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a sales role across DACH and Eastern European markets.
• Deep expertise in IT/IT Security and understanding of customer infrastructure.
• Experience managing channel partners and distributors.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Legal authorization to work in Germany.
