What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to overachieve sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial lead generation through to closing.
• Articulate the company's value proposition to a wide range of stakeholders, from engineers to CxO levels.
• Maintain predictable forecasting and hit consistently defined sales goals.
• Collaborate with the team across multiple time zones in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience.
• Proven expertise calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIO).
• Track record of landing 5+ new logos annually and managing complex sales processes.
• Experience selling via channel-led motions.
• Proficiency in using the MEDDIC framework.
• Must live local to the State of Michigan.

Nice to have

• Experience working in early-stage startups (under 1000 employees) or a background of entrepreneurial skill.
