hirify.global is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System to streamline operations for restaurants, cafés, and bars.

What you will do

  • Identify and target top hospitality spots in the city to expand the merchant base.
  • Conduct field sales, cold calling, and networking to acquire new customers.
  • Demonstrate the product's value using creative communication to help merchants operate smarter.
  • Manage the sales funnel and ensure a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools including Hubspot, Clay, and AI to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor industry trends to refine the sales approach and meet merchant needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Account Management, or Hospitality.
  • Comfortable working in both English and Danish.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage busy business owners.
  • Hands-on approach and independence in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Location: Must be based in Copenhagen for on-site work.
