What you will do
- Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, value realization, engagement, and renewals.
- Utilize LLMs as a primary tool to draft communications, structure problems, and refine customer needs.
- Build and maintain logic-based questionnaires and workflows within the platform.
- Analyze customer engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for value delivery.
- Triage software and order-related issues for accounts, including weekend availability.
- Document and share AI-native workflows to improve team performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or SaaS.
- Experience managing large- to enterprise-sized customer books of business.
- Must be based in New York, United States.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
