Location: Remote (Global). While hirify.global hires worldwide, some roles may have specific location-based eligibility requirements.

Salary: $139,200 - $235,200 USD (base range for US residents)

What you will do

  • Own the lifecycle communications strategy for prospects from planning and segmentation through execution and optimization.
  • Create and monitor complex automated campaign journeys and triggers using static and dynamic content.
  • Lead the implementation of lifecycle marketing campaigns, including copywriting, segmentation, QA, and launch.
  • Develop communication plans for key engagement opportunities such as live events, webcasts, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Data Analytics, and Product Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Serve as the email marketing SME, implementing best practices for deliverability, creative, and segmentation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Proven experience building nurture programs and automated journeys targeting enterprise IT buyers and software developers.
  • Expertise in Marketo, specifically in audience segmentation (smartlists) and the use of dynamic content.
  • Ability to use campaign and funnel performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design and troubleshooting.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills and high attention to detail.
