TL;DR

Corporate Recruiter (Professional & Engineering): Managing full-cycle recruitment for professional exempt and management-level roles with an accent on engineering and project management talent acquisition. Focus on sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates to fill technical and non-technical corporate positions.

Location: Onsite. Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location (Roanoke, VA; Corpus Christi, TX; Abilene, TX; Shreveport, LA; Fort Wayne, IN; Columbus, OH; or Tulsa, OK).

Salary: $40-48/hr

What you will do

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for professional exempt roles, including engineers and project managers.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate and management-level positions.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define talent requirements.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms for pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location.
  • Proven experience recruiting professional exempt and management-level roles (Engineering/Project Management).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

  • Experience with diversity recruiting and affirmative action planning.
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
  • Experience in improving candidate experience and onboarding processes.
