What you will do

Source candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and job boards.
Conduct market research to determine appropriate salary levels.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer.
Communicate with account managers to understand job requirements.
Deliver job offers and manage the onboarding process.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience; full-desk experience is a plus.
Passionate about recruiting and up-to-date with industry trends.
Ambitious with strong initiative and independent thinking.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree.
