What you will do

• Collaborate with sales leaders and account teams to identify value delivery strategies for key accounts.
• Engage with prospects to quantify unique challenges and potential benefits associated with dbt.
• Lead business value reviews and communicate realized economic impacts and benefits to executives.
• Analyze customer workflows and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
• Build scalable programs and tools to support value selling across Pre-Sale, Professional Services, and Marketing.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and tools for the overall value engineering practice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, or related customer-facing roles.
• Expert knowledge of value-based selling methodologies.
• Proven record of building and briefing business cases to Economic Buyers and senior executives.
• Ability to project manage multiple workstreams, defining scope, expectations, and timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to act decisively under ambiguity.
• Must be based in the United States

• Prior Business Value experience at a high-growth SaaS startup.
• Experience quantifying the business value of AI initiatives and data analytics workflows.
• Experience with consumption-based pricing models and usage-driven commercial structures.
