Location: Remote-first (United States or Canada - BC & ON only)

Salary: $156,500 – $210,000 USD (depending on zone) / $174,500 – $205,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead value realization planning for strategic enterprise accounts, tracking outcomes and establishing measurement frameworks.
• Develop scaled AI value realization capabilities, including AI-powered tools and enablement frameworks for Customer Success teams.
• Engage directly with C-suite executives to lead value conversations and build business cases for platform expansion.
• Partner with CSMs, Solutions Architects, and Engineers to align business goals with hirify.global's native AI features.
• Design and maintain a customer outcome database connecting adoption signals to measurable business results.
• Integrate post-sale value ecosystem tools, including executive business reviews and customer journey mapping.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in value consulting, customer success, management consulting, or sales strategy.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must have valid right to work authorization for the country of employment (US or Canada).
