What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
• Lead project intake and facilitate prioritization processes across GTM systems initiatives.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce and systems solutions.
• Document user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with administrators, developers, and architects within an Agile delivery framework.
• Coordinate UAT and solution validation to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Sales Operations processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or AI-focused technology companies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.
• Exposure to APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
