What you will do

• Develop compelling case strategies to counter emotional arguments and drive results.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
• Oversee a full caseload independently from the discovery phase through to trial.
• Maintain professional communication and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with legal staff across all levels and mentor junior attorneys to support team growth.

Requirements

• Active bar license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 1–8 years of litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Prior insurance defense experience.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
