What you will do
- Act as the primary operational and analytical resource for the Solutions & Services team, supporting reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Develop best-practice processes and maintain engagement tracking frameworks for pilots and custom video delivery.
- Build automation workflows using tools such as Zapier or Workato to reduce manual data entry and connect systems.
- Administer the core tech stack, with Salesforce as the primary system of record and Planhat as the CS platform.
- Create capacity planning models to provide visibility into team workload, utilization, and bandwidth.
- Design and own the reporting layer, including dashboards that surface engagement volume and business impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue, Business, or Commercial Operations, ideally within a fast-growing SaaS business.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, including knowledge of objects, fields, reports, and flows.
- SQL proficiency to write and structure queries independently for data validation.
- Experience with automation tooling (Zapier, Workato, or similar).
- Ability to design repeatable processes and translate them into documented standards.
- Must be based in London for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Exposure to professional services or consulting operations (scoping, staffing, and tracking).
- Experience in Post-Sales, CSOps, or Services Ops capacity.
- Planhat experience or familiarity with other CS platforms like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Vitally.
- Comfort working with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) or BI tools (Omni, Looker, Tableau).
- Pre-Sales exposure and experience optimizing the pre-to-post sales handover.
