Location: Must be based in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, or London

What you will do

  • Manage high-priority cross-functional projects with strategic implications for the region.
  • Monitor marketplace health at national and city levels to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Maintain analytical and operational rigor in reporting and internal processes.
  • Drive the adoption of the team knowledge base and facilitate best practice sharing among global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in high-performance cultures (e.g., consulting, investment banking, or strategy/ops at a high-growth tech company).
  • Strong problem-solving, data retrieval, analytics, and visualization skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Experience using AI tooling for research and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Copenhagen, Amsterdam, or London.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards).
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Knowledge of SQL.
