What you will do
- Manage high-priority cross-functional projects with strategic implications for the region.
- Monitor marketplace health at national and city levels to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Maintain analytical and operational rigor in reporting and internal processes.
- Drive the adoption of the team knowledge base and facilitate best practice sharing among global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in high-performance cultures (e.g., consulting, investment banking, or strategy/ops at a high-growth tech company).
- Strong problem-solving, data retrieval, analytics, and visualization skills.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Experience using AI tooling for research and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from Copenhagen, Amsterdam, or London.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards).
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker).
- Knowledge of SQL.
