What you will do

• Develop and optimize new sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Manage commercial enablement and onboarding to ensure new sales and customer hires ramp up quickly.
• Collect and analyze data to provide insights and monitor KPIs against targets.
• Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts and ensure pipeline hygiene stays above 95%.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and other departments to align operations with business objectives.
• Build and maintain MI dashboards tracking ARR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV, and conversion percentages.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide recommendations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Must be able to visit the Manchester HQ.
