What you will do

  • Build and own the global deal operations workflow for intake, routing, and approvals.
  • Support Sales leadership on deal construction for new business, renewals, and non-standard commercial requests.
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure revenue recognition readiness and contract execution.
  • Translate pricing and packaging decisions into DealHub CPQ logic and field-ready processes.
  • Manage the quote-to-cash handoff to reduce billing defects and improve cycle-time.
  • Identify AI and automation use cases to optimize the deal approval and documentation process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, or SalesOps, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tools (e.g., DealHub) and lead-to-cash processes.
  • Proven track record of structuring non-standard deals, including multi-year and ramped contracts.
  • Working knowledge of revenue recognition, billing, and legal contract coordination.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and reporting tools.
  • Must be based in Germany or the UK.
