What you will do

• Design and build comprehensive training modules for the Learning Management System (hirify.global University).
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions, both in-person and virtual, for new hires and current operations personnel.
• Conduct onboarding and continuous development programs to build operational discipline and ownership.
• Coach and assess trainee proficiency in safety, performance, and adherence to operational standards.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers and Subject Matter Experts to align learning objectives with priorities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and iterate on materials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience designing and facilitating training programs in an operations environment.
• Proven experience administering and managing content within an LMS (e.g., Litmos, Cornerstone, Docebo, or Absorb).
• Ability to convert complex operational workflows and SOPs into effective training materials.
• Skill in developing scenario-based training for high-stakes operational escalations.
• Proficiency with multimedia tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work from the facility in Lancaster, TX
