What you will do

• Analyze and diagnose system faults related to perception, planner, and AI software using data analytics from on-road testing and simulations.
• Triage and prioritize issues based on safety, urgency, and potential impact on performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and produce reports to inform leadership on overall quality and engineering decisions.
• Develop tools and workflows to drive improvements in the quality and quantity of triage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends in system failures and propose preventative measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems troubleshooting and diagnostics, preferably in automotive or embedded systems.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, programming, and scripting.
• Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to root cause analysis.
• Passion for autonomous vehicle technology and safety.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Quality Assurance or Triage role for Autonomous Driving.
• Project Management experience with cross-functional partners and offshore teams.
• Experience with data analytics and dashboards using SQL, Python, and/or Databricks.
