What you will do

• Lead a small team to design and test SiL and HiL benches for machine level integration testing.
• Manage test infrastructure, version control, and documentation for Matlab/plant models and ControlDesk layouts.
• Define testing priorities and coverage in collaboration with system coordinators and electronic system design engineers.
• Develop and implement test plans, perform regression testing, and troubleshoot new software features.
• Ensure compliance with functional safety and ISO 9001 requirements through rigorous documentation of test results.
• Develop automated test scripts in Python and C/C++ to improve HiL and SiL testing efficiency.

Requirements

• Work authorization: Visa sponsorship is NOT available.
• Proficiency with dSPACE hardware, ControlDesk, Automation Desk, and Matlab/Simulink for IO simulation and plant modelling.
• Strong knowledge of CAN, J1939, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and LIN datalink protocols.
• Experience with CAN-based data acquisition tools such as Vector CANape and CANalyzer.
• Programming skills in Python and C/C++ for test script automation.
• Knowledge of the embedded software development cycle and machine-level software integration (L6).

Nice to have

• Degree or advanced degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Hands-on experience with Opal test equipment.
• Proficiency with SIL and Googletest.
• Experience with software version control such as Git and Ivy.
