What you will do
- Provide design and architectural guidance for complex software applications, services, and modules.
- Maintain hands-on coding and champion software engineering best practices.
- Take accountability for the delivery and quality of new platform capabilities, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of design alternatives and technical trade-offs.
- Manage task allocation, project timelines, and change control processes for medium-scale projects.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure deliverables meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, including senior-level roles.
- 1+ years of experience leading a team, either formally or informally.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work autonomously within an accountability framework.
- Proficiency in resolving complex technical issues through creative thinking and innovative approaches.
