What you will do

  • Drive revenue by managing full, complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Generate at least 40% of your own pipeline through outbound efforts and strategic nurturing.
  • Tailor value-based solutions using hirify.global’s comprehensive product suite for enterprise prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless customer solutions.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Own territory management and access key brands using internal resources.

Requirements

  • Must have valid UK work authorization.
  • 7+ years of quota-carrying experience with a record of top performance.
  • 2+ years of experience carrying a mid-market or enterprise quota at a SaaS provider.
  • Proven ability to manage quarter-long sales cycles and navigate complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ownership in territory management and leveraging internal resources.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
