All Source Analyst SME (Object Based Intelligence)

Location: Onsite in Washington, D.C. or the greater National Capital Region; applicants must reside in the United States at the time of application.

Salary: USD $151,745–$227,617 per year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 all-source analysts and oversee team production and professional development.
• Provide all-source analytic support for collections, operations, investigations, and defense intelligence requirements.
• Define problems, supervise studies, lead surveys, analyze data, and recommend solutions to customer leadership.
• Develop and execute analytic production methodologies, tradecraft, and structured analytic techniques.
• Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to Defense planners and policymakers up to the Undersecretary level or higher.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, methodologists, and computer scientists to build intelligence production tools and applications.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly is required.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution, with additional experience substitutions permitted.
• At least 12 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis.
• Experience defining problems, supervising studies, leading surveys, and recommending solutions.
• Expertise in analytic production methodologies, intelligence tradecraft, and techniques aligned with customer missions.
• United States residency is required at the time of application.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in intelligence or a STEM discipline.
• At least 20 years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Experience creating products for Object Based Intelligence.
• Experience with the Department of War and/or the U.S. Intelligence Community.
• Experience using AI/ML tools for intelligence analysis and production.
