What you will do

  • Own and scale the ABM strategy focusing on high-value target accounts and revenue generation.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on target account selection and pipeline goals.
  • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs to drive engagement and deal acceleration.
  • Develop personalized multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, executive outreach, and field marketing.
  • Coordinate across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure unified account engagement.
  • Build and optimize account engagement frameworks, scoring models, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation with a strong emphasis on ABM in SaaS or high-growth companies.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through ABM programs.
  • Expertise in partnering with sales to co-own account strategy and influence deal progression.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder deal dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, AI tools, and intent data platforms.
  • Must be based in the United States.
